1. You know who should really take a legal rhetoric class? Every judge in New York. I am briefing a case and instead looking for the issue, I have written “elimiate throat clearing language” about 1700 times.
2. You know who should really read cases instead of staring at a page waiting for a word to pop out? This girl. Turns out that I’ve been quoting the dissent all morning....
So I have a question?
What is the difference between Tumblr and Twitter? Like when do I use each one? There are some obvious situations:
Random text thought under 140 characters = Twitter
Things longer than 140 characters = Tumblr
But what about everything else? Like if I have a picture. Do I TwitPic that and throw it on Twitter, or do I come here? I am seriously confused.
